Mark Arnold
Founder and Managing Director
Mark is the founder and Managing Director of MSK Global. Previously, he worked in venture capital at Smedvig Capital in London. Prior to this, he worked with McKinsey & Company in London, the Americas and the Middle East across strategic and operational projects and with the United Nations. Mark has a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Magdalen College, Oxford, and a diploma from Sciences Po, Paris. Mark focuses on top level advisory and coaching projects in the UK and internationally.
Gillian Henry
Managing Director MSK Global Training
Gillian Henry leads our team of over 20 trainers. She has over 20 years of business and training experience in organisations such as Unilever, Shell, ICI, Vopak and Akzo Nobel. Previously she worked for the United Nations. Gillian has worked in many countries including South Africa, Spain, the UK and The Netherlands. Gillian focuses on presentation and communication skills and English business and social language training.
Catherine Pollard
Associate Director
Catherine joined MSK Global as Associate Director in 2009, having been a Strategic Advisor since the company was founded. She previously worked with 2020 Delivery and McKinsey as a Strategic Advisor in the public, private and voluntary sectors of the UK and Ireland. Her work with clients has focused on performance management, strategy development and organisational change. Catherine has an MA in History of Art from University College London and a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Merton College, Oxford. At MSK, Catherine focuses on top level advisory, research and coaching projects in the UK and internationally.
Edward Upton
Associate Director
Along with founding his own educational media start-up, Edward has worked for strategy consulting boutiques AMR International and Skillcapital, focusing on market research and business development. Prior to that he trained with Accenture in strategy consulting. Edward has a degree in Psychology from Oxford University.
